Peptide Labs exists because “99% pure” had become a marketing phrase instead of a measurement. We built a supply chain where the number on the label is a verified analytical result — on every lot, without exception.
Why we exist
Built by researchers who got burned
Peptide Labs was founded by researchers who did what most buyers never do: we ran incoming material through our own HPLC before trusting it. Vendor after vendor, the story repeated — vials sold at “99% purity” came back at 92%, 88%, sometimes with the wrong mass entirely. The certificates were generic PDFs recycled across batches. The data behind them, when we asked, never materialized.
For a research program, that is not an inconvenience — it is contaminated data, wasted assay runs, and conclusions you can no longer stand behind. We concluded that the problem was structural: long, opaque import chains with no independent verification at any step, and no one accountable for the gap between the label and the vial.
So we built the supply chain we couldn’t buy from. US synthesis through GMP-compliant partners, every production lot sent to an accredited third-party analytical lab, and a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis in every box. Nothing ships on trust. Everything ships with proof — for laboratory research use only, exactly as it should be.

No lot leaves quarantine until an independent HPLC run confirms it at or above the number on the label. When a batch misses spec, it is destroyed — not discounted, not relabeled.

Every vial is traceable to a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis from an accredited third-party lab. We publish the chromatograms, not just the conclusions.
American Supply Chain
