Reserved lots and lead times

One researcher on our team owns your account — quotes, lot questions and documentation requests go to a person who knows your work.
Custom quantities
Larger fills and bulk-weight quantities for assay development, reference standards and method validation, with the same release testing.
Verification
What we may ask for
Every account goes through a documented verification step before pricing or terms are extended. Depending on the organization we may request:
- Business or institutional registration, or a departmental purchasing contact we can confirm
- Institution website and a work email on that domain
- A short statement of research use and who will handle the material
- Tax ID / EIN and resale or exemption certificates where they apply
What is not offered
Institutions only
Institutional accounts exist to serve laboratories that buy on a recurring basis under a purchasing process. They are not a route around our research-use-only policy.
- Personal or individual accounts — every institutional account is registered to an organization
- Accounts for any purpose other than in-vitro laboratory research
- Pricing or terms before verification is complete
Individual researchers can order at catalog pricing through the shop.
