Privacy, treated like lab data.

We collect only what we need to run a research-supply business well. When you place an order or contact us, that means your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order history. Payment details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Before you can browse the catalog we ask you to confirm that you are a qualified researcher. That confirmation records your email address, field of research, IP address, browser type, the policy version you accepted and the time. We keep it as a compliance record, link it to any order you later place, and set a cookie for one year so you are not asked again on the same device.

When you browse the site, we collect limited device analytics — page views, approximate region, browser type — so we can see what researchers actually use and where the site falls short. This data is aggregated and is not used to build individual profiles.

Your information is used for exactly three things:

• Fulfilling orders — processing payment, printing a shipping label, and sending you tracking and lot-matched documentation.
• Support — answering your questions, resolving shipping issues, and verifying Certificates of Analysis against your order.
• Service improvement — understanding, in aggregate, which products and pages matter so we can stock and document them better.

We send transactional email for every order. Marketing email is opt-in only, and every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe.

Some commitments are simpler stated as absolutes. Peptide Labs will never:

• Sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any price.
• Share your purchase history with third parties beyond the fulfillment partners — payment processor and shipping carrier — strictly required to deliver your order.
• Use your data for advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

Our fulfillment partners receive only the minimum information needed to do their job, and are contractually barred from using it for anything else.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart intact between visits and to keep your checkout session secure. The site does not function without them, and they contain no personal information beyond a session identifier.

For analytics we use privacy-respecting measurement that aggregates traffic without fingerprinting individual visitors. There are no third-party advertising pixels or social-media trackers anywhere on this site.

Order records are retained as long as required for accounting, tax, and regulatory purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.

All traffic to peptidelabs.supply is encrypted in transit over TLS. Internally, access to customer data is restricted by role-based access controls and limited to the staff who need it to fulfill or support your order. We review those permissions on a recurring schedule, the same way we review our testing partners.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your data where we are not legally required to retain it. Email support@peptidelabs.supply from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days — usually much faster.

Peptide Labs sells research materials to qualified adult researchers. This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 21 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date below. Material changes — anything that expands what we collect or who we share it with — will be announced by email to active customers before they take effect.
