These Terms of Service govern your access to peptidelabs.supply and every purchase you make from Peptide Labs. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

All products sold by Peptide Labs are laboratory research chemicals supplied strictly for in-vitro research and development by qualified professionals. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind — not as drugs, foods, food additives, cosmetics or household chemicals — and no product may be introduced into the body of any human or animal. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and no statement on this site is a claim of diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.

By placing an order, you certify that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that the products will be used solely for lawful laboratory research. Any indication of intended misuse voids the sale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for this reason.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Peptide Labs. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all federal, state and local laws that apply to the purchase, handling and storage of research chemicals in your jurisdiction. You also agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering, and to keep your account credentials secure.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Peptide Labs; we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors or inventory limits. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, though never for an order already accepted. Payment is due in full at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated at the time of purchase. If we cancel an accepted order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We ship from our U.S. facility on business days, and orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched the same day. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier; transit times quoted at checkout are carrier estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing an accurate, secure delivery address and for promptly storing products under the conditions noted on each product page. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Because the chain of custody of a research chemical cannot be verified once a vial is opened, opened vials are not returnable — with one exception: a purity dispute supported by a third-party analytical test, which we honor with a replacement or refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, report it within 72 hours and we will replace it free of charge. All content on this site — including the Peptide Labs name, logo, product descriptions, photography, vial artwork and page designs — is the property of Peptide Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written consent. Product and compound names used for identification remain the property of their respective owners.

The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for the analytical specifications stated on each lot-matched Certificate of Analysis, Peptide Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for your specific research application; that determination is yours as the researcher.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Labs and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, including lost research time, lost data or lost profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peptide Labs and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your use or misuse of any product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This obligation survives the termination of these terms and any sale.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Peptide Labs maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, and to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with us informally before filing a claim.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, practices or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; each order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed.
